Depending on what we are helping you with (purchase / refinance / renewal), we may require all or some (but most of) the following documentation to complete your mortgage:
The Check List:
- Purchase Agreement
- MLS Listing
- Copy of Signed Mortgage Approval
- Copy of Insurance Application Waiver (MPP). Mortgage Insurance
- Copy of Signed Mortgage Borrower Disclosure
- Gift Letter with Associated Bank Statement. Why Down Payment Matters
- Proof of Down Payment via bank / investment statement for 90days prior to closing
- Lawyer Information (Including the firm and solicitor’s name, address, phone and fax)
- Job Letter and Current Paystub. Why Income Matters
- Notice of Assessment (NOA) for the last two years
- Home Appraisal.
- Copy of a VOID Cheque
- Copy of your Home Insurance Policy
- Copy of the Renewal Notice from your current lender. Renewals and Transfers
- Driver’s License or other Government issued Photo ID
